At MyMenopauseRx, we lead with empathy, trust, and collaboration.What You'll DoDeliver exceptional patient service through phone, video, email, text, and portal communications Coordinate scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications Support prior authorizations, pharmacy refills, and lab result tracking Accurately update and maintain patient records in our EMR Perform clinical administrative duties within the scope of your certification Protect patient privacy and ensure full HIPAA complianceWhat We're Looking ForCertified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) required 2+ years of experience in medical office or telehealth setting preferred Prior experience with an EMR required Prior experience with CoverMyMeds and prior authorizations preferred Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills Reliable self-starter who enjoys working independentlyWork Schedule & CompensationFull-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday some evenings)$22-24/hour, non-exemptHybrid 75% remote and 25% in person (Winfield, IL)What We OfferMedical insurance401(k) planPaid time offOpportunity to grow with a mission-driven telehealth practiceDiversity and Inclusion at MyMenopauseRx: We celebrate and support diversity.
