Assistant Program Manager We are seeking a organized, proactive Assistant Program Manager to support project execution and onsite coordination for BLOX mod installations. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Job Responsibilities Provide onsite leadership and support to Project Managers and Construction leadership. Monitor and ensure quality, safety, and compliance for company performed work. Manage client relationships, communication, and project reporting. Coordinate and process change orders, ensuring customer approval and documentation. Track project progress and collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues. Support project scheduling, sequencing, and installation planning. Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and warranty items. Maintain strong communication between customers and internal production teams. Participate in design reviews, providing input on constructability, scope and cost impacts. Assist in preparing estimates, proposals, and RFP responses. Support regulatory and inspection processes, including communication with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs). Manage project documentation and support resolution of product related issues. Promote a culture of customer satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Job Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Experience in construction, modular construction, or project management environments. Familiarity with regulatory processes and inspections across multiple states. Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Experience with client interaction and customer service.
