Security Supervisor

Security SupervisorThe Security Supervisor will supervise, organize, and evaluate the work of the security staff. The Supervisor will lead the day-to-day activities of their assigned shift and ensure productivity in alignment with policy and procedure.Reporting to a Sr. Security Manager this position will ensure compliance with enterprise-wide security policies, drive security strategy, oversee security operations, and manage security risk. The role will ensure business alignment, effective governance, operational efficiency, and performance monitoring and measurement. The role is key in establishing a proactive, consultative, and business-aligned approach to Tesla Security.ResponsibilitiesWork with internal stakeholders to understand the risks Tesla's faces and build effective programs to mitigate these risksProvide on-going security recommendations during design, construction, and any type of site refresh; Drive digital business transformation by identifying and supporting adoption of new technologies and toolsEstablish projections for and reconcile security spends, minimizing variance between projected and actual spend, driving efficiencies to create a financially sustainable security practiceBuild effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and regional first responders; Support and manage vendor relationships including key performance tracking, accountability, and cost effectivenessProactively identify, develop, and implement additional security strategies to meet the unique needs of the Tesla business.
