Registered Nurse (RN) - Private Duty Homecare Adult Patient | Overnight Shifts Available Chester, Delaware & Montgomery Counties $46 - $48 per Hour | Weekly Pay Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for an adult patient in the home setting. Available Schedule: Overnight Shifts (12 Hours): Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday. Additional Day Shift Available: Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to an adult patient in the home environment.
• Complete patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Follow and update the patient care plan as needed.
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Deliver patient and family education.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Homecare, trach/vent, pediatric, or critical care experience is a plus.
• Excellent assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a homecare setting.
