This role involves working with diverse patient cases such as sepsis, heart failure, and respiratory issues in an Intermediate Care Unit, providing a challenging yet rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Manage patients with conditions such as sepsis, heart failure, and respiratory failure
• Administer and monitor Heparin drips
• Provide care for patients with chronic conditions like COPD and chronic kidney disease
• Handle emergencies involving hypertensive or substance abuse issues
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a dynamic intermediate care setting

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Active RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a progressive care or similar unit
