PM&R Physician - NW Indiana Flexible Schedule, Strong Rehab Team

Job Description

Seeking a full-time BE/BC Physiatrist to join a growing Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team in Northwest Indiana, providing comprehensive outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation services with outreach coverage to surrounding regional sites.

Position Highlights:

• Established PM&R practice with strong interdisciplinary support
• Flexible weekday schedule with 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours
• Weekend call and rounding rotation approximately 1:4
• Mix of outpatient and inpatient coverage, including PTO coverage for other physicians
• Outpatient focus includes EMGs, Botox (spasticity and migraine management), pain procedures, and prosthetics/orthotics
• Manage a diverse case mix including stroke, TBI, orthopedic, and neurologic rehabilitation
• Experienced clinical support staff and collaborative team environment
• Opportunity to provide outreach coverage across regional sites
