Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your day will begin and end at a designated home base, but most of your work will involve traveling to partner sites and supporting pre-school-aged students in a variety of classroom environments. You’ll apply your expertise to create inclusive, effective learning experiences, working closely with children, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, active Pennsylvania teaching certificate required (submit with resume)
• Previous experience in Special Education or working with pre-school learners preferred
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work in different school and classroom settings throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing scenarios

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver instruction and support for pre-school students with special needs in multiple locations
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, aides, and families to ensure student progress
• Develop and implement IEPs and tailored strategies for student success
• Document progress and maintain thorough student records
• Provide consultative support and resources to partnering educators
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment in every classroom you enter

This position will follow a schedule from July 1, 2026, through September 11, 2026, working weekdays from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
