Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about delivering exceptional patient care? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our clinical team in Fort Worth, Texas.

Working under the direction of the Practice Administrator and in collaboration with physicians, you will play an important role in patient assessments, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ongoing patient education.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in delivering exceptional patient care and service.
• Perform patient examinations, obtain medical histories, and conduct physical assessments.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date patient records.
• Order, review, and analyze diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer treatments and provide clinical services within the appropriate scope of practice.
• Complete clinical orders, billing charges, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Educate and counsel patients regarding ongoing care, treatment options, and medical conditions.
• Provide guidance to patients managing chronic or critical health conditions.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Manage appointments and daily clinical responsibilities efficiently.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients, physicians, colleagues, and clinic staff.
• Follow organizational policies, patient safety standards, and infection control procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced professional degree in nursing or an appropriate Physician Assistant qualification.
• Current, applicable Texas professional license for the position.
• DEA registration/license as required for the role.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience preferred .
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical computer systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage clinical documentation, orders, and charges accurately and promptly.
• Commitment to punctuality, patient satisfaction, and professional conduct.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Work Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday
• Employment Type: Full-time opportunity
• Work hours may be adjusted according to clinic needs.
