Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist position in Denver, Colorado. This role involves performing nuclear medicine procedures to obtain high-quality imaging results in accordance with physician specifications. The technologist will be responsible for patient transfer, assisting with examinations, and ensuring safety and accuracy throughout the imaging process.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Two (2) years of experience; Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)/NM; BLS - American Heart Association; ability to communicate effectively within a multi-functional team; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proficient in computer usage, including the Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The technologist will be responsible for the operation of nuclear medicine imaging equipment, preparing and administering radioisotopes, following radiation safety measures (ALARA), practicing sterile technique, and maintaining accurate records of radioisotope use. Candidate must adhere to infection prevention policies and coordinate examinations to ensure timely and quality patient care.
