Responsibilities

This position is the first team-member to connect with incoming customers, and the last to communicate with them on their way out.
Answer phones.
Schedule appointments.
Cash customer out.
Provide a high-level of customer satisfaction.
Automotive experience is not required.

Qualifications

Maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout the day.
Ability to learn and implement our customer service systems
Ability to learn computer software.
Strong organizational skills.
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
