Post Payment Claims Specialist (Fully Remote)

Contact providers to educate and negotiate post-pay appealed claims. Manage post payment queues and meet turnaround standards. Responsibilities: Conduct outreach and negotiation calls to providers. Verify understanding of NSA payments and regulations. Document all conversations and maintain HIPAA compliance. Qualifications: 2-3 years in appeals, negotiations, or medical billing. Experience with provider outreach and claims systems. Broad healthcare policy and payment understanding. HSA/FSA, PTO, disability leave, and EAP.
