Robotics Technician – Open to All Shifts Direct Hire | $31.65/hr | Comprehensive Benefits Day 1 Position Overview The Robotics Technician plays a critical role in supporting the Operations Maintenance team by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated packaging and distribution machinery. This position also contributes to the development of junior technicians through hands‑on mentorship and technical guidance. Key Responsibilities Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on material handling and pneumatic systems. Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls‑related issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance. Mentor and support junior technicians to enhance team capability and technical skill. Shift Options All shifts follow a 4 days on / 3 days off schedule. Front Half Day Shift Typical Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday Hours: Approximately 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (includes a 30-minute break) Back Half Day Shift Typical Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday Hours: Approximately 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (includes a 30-minute break) Front Half Night Shift Typical Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday Hours: Approximately 6:00 PM–4:30 AM (includes a 30-minute break) Back Half Night Shift Typical Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday Hours: Approximately 7:00 PM–5:30 AM (includes a 30-minute break) Compensation & Benefits Pay: $31.65 per hour Employment Type: Direct Hire Benefits Starting Day 1: Comprehensive healthcare coverage Matching 401(k) program Up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave Safety & Work Environment: Lightweight fire-resistant daily wear provided Composite toe safety shoes Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.
