Desktop Field Support Technician II

Mishawaka, IN, US

Contract-To-Hire

Responsible for hardware and software upgrades and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot Software and Hardware Issues with Remote users
Perform installs, moves, adds and changes
Hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting and repair.
Diagnosing and repairing Windows desktop and laptop.
Break Fix – Component level PC peripherals repair and troubleshooting.
Testing systems to make sure that they are working properly
Basic TCP/IP Skills. Network Topography proficient.
Educated many new users of comp u term systems and software.
Repaired software and hardware computer and net issues
Assist the existing onsite support team with hardware break-fix, asset management, receiving, and imaging activities at a client site
