Job Description

Contract Behavioral Consultant (PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or BCBA)

Location: Temecula, Riverside, San Bernardino, and surrounding areas
Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday, flexible scheduling
Compensation: $60–$67/hour (based on experience + bilingual differential)

As a Behavioral Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals and families through meaningful, person-centered behavioral intervention services— All whilehaving a schedule that creates a work-life balance.

What You’ll Do

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) specific to each individual’s needs
Using a family systems approach, you will coordinate directly with parents and/or care providers to educate and implement evidenced-based behavioral interventions
Maintain ongoing coordination with TMI Social Worker and IRC Service Coordinator
Complete required documentation and monthly progress notes
Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to support client success
Consult with medical providers, programs/agencies, and funding sources to ensure effective service delivery, as needed
Support behavior management within home and community settings

What We’re Looking For

Licensed clinician ( LCSW, LMFT, PsyD/PhD ) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring diagnoses
Strong background in behavioral assessment, intervention, and crisis support
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Position Details

Flexible, self-directed schedule (Monday–Friday)
Travel within Riverside County (up to 1 hour) for in-home consultations
Participation in one monthly clinical meeting
Independent contractor position (no benefits; mileage not reimbursed)
