We're partnering with a large, well-established, and highly respected local employer that's expanding its Member Support team and looking to hire up to 15 new team members .

Whether your experience comes from customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, administrative support, or another people-focused role, we'd love to connect with you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting members in person, over the phone, and via online communication

• Answering questions and resolving service-related issues

• Processing transactions and maintaining accurate records

• Identifying member needs and recommending solutions

• Building strong customer relationships

• Working as part of a collaborative, customer-focused team

What You'll Need:

• Customer service experience or other people-focused experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfort learning new systems and technology

• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

• Availability to work a flexible schedule within operating hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

**Schedules provided two weeks in advance.

• Experience handling account resolution, account adjustments, and account balance research in an operations or financial services setting.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes, including invoice entry and validation.
• Familiarity with banking transactions and account transaction processing.
• Strong customer support skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Proven accuracy in high-volume data entry and detail-oriented administrative work.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, follow procedures, and support risk management objectives.
• Proficiency in organizing workload, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
