We achieve this using a team approach to provide the following services to homeowner associations throughout North Carolina: physical property management financial services administrative services and technology services.

We are currently seeking a Resale Coordinator to join our Greensboro NC office location.

Your contribution to the team:

• Complete resale orders

• Process closing documents

• Contact attorneys regarding closings

• Scan information into software system

• Administrative duties as needed

Job requirements

Skills for success:

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office experience necessary)

• Association/property management industry knowledge a plus

• Experience with register of deed websites a plus

• 3 5 years working in office environment required
