Your success will depend on your ability to support team members and customers during every interaction.What We Offer:Competitive Compensation - Including a company matched 401k and a Sign-on BonusPaid VacationWellness Support - With 24/7 access to our Employee & Family Assistance ProgramYour Responsibilities:Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the brand and "The Irving" customer experience standardsGreet customers, including answering phones, by providing clients with the highest level of customer service that is unique to the Irving experience, demonstrated through a courteous demeanor, and outstanding serviceScan products, receive and process all payment transactions according to standard procedures and helping customers use processing equipmentHandle customer inquiries or complaints in line with policies and proceduresKeep track of all cash/ credit transactions, count cash intake and perform audits (daily, weekly, and monthly) ensuring cash/ credit intake equals receiptsAssist in the maintenance of the store and stocking shelves as neededYour Skills:Basic math skillsAttention to detailGood customer service skillsGood communication skillsYour Experience:2 years in a customer service roleG.E.D or equivalentThe expected hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00.
