We are currently seeking a Sales Representative based out of our Hannibal office. This salaried position will cover Western Missouri and Eastern Illinois, with a Monday through Friday schedule. Major Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluate customer needs and build long-lasting relationships with customers and industry contacts.
• Handle customer inquiries timely and professionally, offer well thought out solutions to challenges.
• Selling construction aggregate products and ensuring satisfaction after the sale.
• Work with plant superintendents and customer service associates to assist with overseeing customer service matters at the plants.
• Provide sales projections - discuss sales forecasts, upcoming and current jobs, and inventories with superintendents.
• Utilize computer software such as JWS / APEX Jobfile and ticketing software, as well as Microsoft Office products.

Sales Representative Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of construction aggregates a plus.
• Ability to build and develop effective relationships.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Commitment to a high level of integrity.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, and can work well in a team environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (and maintain throughout employment).
