Hospital Therapist PRN

Job Description Crittenton Children's Center is seeking a PRN Hospital Therapist to join our Team! Provides individual group and family therapy as well as case management services. Recommends and implements general therapeutic interventions for individual clients and for overall program development. Functions as the therapist for patients and families with the psychiatrist as clinical team leader and provides additional work functions in the area of Utilization Management. This position requires skills to develop communication systems that triage workloads on a daily basis. Assists the Intake Director in planning, coordinating, and evaluating all daily activities of the Intake Department, including triage of emergency and non‑emergency calls, verifying or coordinating funding eligibility and benefits, and conducting intake assessments. Conducts clinical interview and recommends levels of care for patients and families consistent with treatment needs. Licensure required within 90 days of position start date. Responsibilities PRN: 8‑4 or 9‑5, in person, mostly Mon‑Fri, with potential weekend opportunities. Conduct individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy. Formulate treatment plans. Formulate discharge plans. Plan arrangements for aftercare. Write recommendation letters. Qualifications Applicable experience: less than 1 year. Education: Master's Degree – Clinical Mental Health.
