Job Description

• Lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering, for various construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to develop accurate cost estimates and project plans.
• Analyze project documents, specifications, and drawings to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
• Manage bid processes and evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Provide support in developing project strategies and innovative solutions to meet client goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies during the preconstruction phase.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Monitor and report on preconstruction progress, budgets, and outcomes to senior management.
