Procurement Contracts Specialist

Duration-6+ MONTHS

5+ years of experience related to IT procurement/sourcing and contracts management experience. Contract experience related to IT, SaaS and hardware contracts is required. Experience related to SaaS/hardware/licensing work. Understanding of licensing structure, creating a negotiation strategy, and writing contracts. Experience redlining contracts (MSA or SOW) related to Terms and conditions coming from overarching MSA. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high volume of transactional contracts. Experience supporting a technology organization and partnering with different cross-functional teams to work through contracts (ie. legal, security, vendor partners, etc.). Retail technology experience is highly preferred. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with e-signature tools and spend management tools. Four-year undergraduate degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field). Background in legal is a plus.
