Customer Service Representative

Looking for a place to plant roots, flourish, and build your career? Allstate Exteriors is currently seeking candidates for the role of Account Coordinator. In this role, you will engage in both outbound and inbound calls with potential customers, facilitating the scheduling of sales appointments.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule sales appointments
- Manage and route inbound calls
- Serve as the face of the company
Requirements
- Call Center Experience Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Proficient in Google Drive, and Microsoft Office
Shift:
- Weekends 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
- Three week days
