Our client, Champion Builders Inc., one of the leading General Commercial Contractors in NEPA, has been in business for over 40 years and is known for commercial building construction serving a territory within 1 hour of Kingston, PA.

Harvis, Inc., on behalf of Champion Builders, is looking for an experienced Full Time Construction Estimator to join our team and become a part of the Champion Family.

Responsibilities:

* Attend pre-bid meetings and job site walk throughs

* Facilitate the entire bid process, along with bidding assistant

* Blueprint take offs

* Solicitation of pricing

* Job site visits and pictures

Experience and Skills
Qualifications:

* Must have previous experience as an Estimator in a commercial construction environment

* Experience with Sage estimating software (or other similar software) is a plus

* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills to interact with management, clients, and owner of company
