You'd be a fit if you:

Requirements:

• Active NMLS license
• 2+ years of self-generated origination experience
• Knowledge of loan programs and structuring
• Coachable and hungry to grow

What You'll Actually Do

• Serve families with consultative guidance—helping them understand options and make confident decisions
• Build referral relationships with realtors, financial advisors, and other partners
• Manage your pipeline while Ops handles the heavy lifting
• Participate in weekly L10s, 1x1 coaching, and team collaboration
• Grow your production with systems designed to help you break through
