Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – 2 Days In-Office)

A respected and growing Denver law firm is seeking two Mid-to-Senior Level Insurance Defense Attorneys with 5+ years of litigation experience to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling insurance defense matters, with a focus on personal injury and construction defect litigation. Attorneys with broader general liability litigation experience are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of insurance defense or general liability litigation experience
• Experience handling personal injury and/or construction defect matters preferred
• Trial experience is strongly preferred, but not required
• Second-chair trial experience will be considered
• Strong case management, motion practice, discovery, and deposition experience
• Licensed and in good standing in Colorado

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Billable Requirement: 150 hours per month / 1,800 hours annually

Bonus Structure:

• Attorneys receive 20% of their billing rate for all hours billed above 1,800 annually

• Origination bonus available

• Additional discretionary firm-performance bonus opportunities
