Team Member – NE DENVER, CO Territory (Covers Northglenn, Brighton, Thornton, Ft. Lupton, etc. area)
Looking for meaningful, hands-on work that keeps you active and makes a real difference? Join Caring Transitions! We help families through life transitions by downsizing, organizing, packing, resettling, and supporting estate sales with compassion and care. Every day is different — no desk job here.
This flexible part-time role is perfect for retirees, parents, students, or anyone looking to earn extra income while working with a fun, supportive team. Hours may vary based on seasonal demand and project availability.
What You’ll Do- Organize, pack, unpack, and resettle household items
- Assist with downsizing, cleanouts, and estate sales
- Photograph and describe items using a smartphone or tablet
- Help stage, sort, label, and prepare items for resale
- Deliver excellent customer service during every project
- Work closely with a team while also being self-motivated and dependable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and staying active throughout the day
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in changing environments with compassion and professionalism
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Flexible scheduling
