• Perform production and repair welding using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
• Read and apply blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and verify work.
• Inspect welds and assemblies for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment and related tools.
• Partner with teammates to hit project deadlines and cost targets.
• Keep the work area organized; follow safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with diagnosing and repairing metal structures as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical welding training a plus.
• Demonstrated welding experience in manufacturing or construction settings.
• Knowledge of welding processes, materials, and safe work practices.
• Competence in reading technical documentation and blueprints.
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills.
• Effective collaborator and communicator.
• Welding certification preferred but not required.
