Prep Cook / Kitchen Prep Team Member We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and take pride in quality food preparation, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Prep fresh ingredients, sauces, and recipes daily Chop vegetables, portion proteins, and organize kitchen stations Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and organized Follow food safety and sanitation standards Support the line during busy service periods Help receive and organize deliveries What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen Reliable and punctual team player Kitchen or prep experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person Weekend and evening availability preferred What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities Supportive team environment Employee meals/discounts Requirements At least 3 years of prior experience in a high-volume scratch kitchen Strong Knife Skills Ability to self manage Knowledge of proper HACCP and food safety protocols.
