Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, unrestricted license in good standing from your state board, allowing you to practice independently. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature, as well as a commitment to client-centered care.

• Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms and electronic documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling or working with diverse populations are highly desirable. Familiarity with solution-focused therapeutic approaches and strong advocacy skills are also beneficial.
