Work Style: Hybrid Location: at one of our FL locations, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Leesburg or St Johns. FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)

Oversees the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Manages accounts payable and receivable processes, reconciles bank statements and general ledger accounts, and coordinates with auditors during audits. Monitors internal controls to protect company assets, supports tax preparation and filing, and assists in budgeting and forecasting activities. Provides guidance to junior accounting staff and reviews their work to maintain accuracy and completeness.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in Accounting or Finance required.

• 5+ years of experience in accounting.
• Strong expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Experience managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
• In-depth knowledge of internal controls and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and financial software.
