Senior App Monetization Partnerships Lead

Playwire is seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead with deep knowledge of the mobile app and ad tech ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving publisher growth, developing strategic partnerships, expanding Playwire’s presence in the app space, and supporting customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience selling within the app monetization or ad tech industry and understands publisher needs, demand solutions, and performance‑driven revenue strategies. This is a growth‑focused leadership role for someone who can balance sales execution, relationship management, industry expertise, and helping position Playwire as a trusted monetization partner in the app space. Sales & Business Development Identify, prospect, and close new publisher opportunities within the mobile app ecosystem. Build and maintain strong relationships with app publishers, monetization teams, and industry partners. Develop strategic outbound initiatives to grow Playwire’s footprint in the app space. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored monetization solutions for publishers. Apply deep knowledge of the ad tech and app monetization landscape to publisher strategy and solution development. Drive scalable sales processes and operational improvements that support company growth. Team Leadership & Strategic Ownership Help shape Playwire’s app monetization growth strategy and go‑to‑market approach within the mobile ecosystem. Serve as a strategic leader and subject matter expert for the app monetization business. Mentor and support team members by sharing industry expertise, best practices, and publisher growth strategies. Help establish and reinforce performance standards, sales processes, and operational accountability across initiatives. Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve execution, and support long‑term scalability. Industry Expertise & Market Growth Stay informed on industry trends including programmatic advertising, mediation, SDK integrations, demand partnerships, and publisher monetization strategies. Identify emerging opportunities, competitive trends, and new revenue channels within the app space. Represent Playwire at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities. Support initiatives that increase Playwire’s visibility and credibility within the app ecosystem. Customer Success & Publisher Experience Partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless publisher experience. Support scalable onboarding processes that help achieve a 7–10 day time‑to‑launch goal. Maintain strong publisher relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness. Contribute to retention efforts by helping maintain churn below company targets. Ensure highquality support standards and timely communication across accounts. Product & Strategic Collaboration Provide market feedback and publisher insights to Product, Revenue, and Leadership teams. Support exploration of new demand partners, monetization solutions, and product opportunities. Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve publisher performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in ad tech, app monetization, programmatic advertising, or digital media sales. Proven experience selling into or working within the mobile app ecosystem. Strong understanding of app monetization strategies, mediation platforms, SDK integrations, and publisher revenue models. Experience managing publisher relationships and driving business growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
