Leasing Consultant Role As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floor plan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. You will follow through on every lead to ensure prospective residents know you care. Saturday availability is required. Responsibilities Provide incredible customer service skills and create a sense of community. Leverage sales and marketing chops; create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media. Follow through by delivering tailored updates on floor plans, new hotspot openings, and local food truck options. Show a genuine desire to help both residents and colleagues in creating a better way to live. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role; preferably in real estate or property management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
