Health Equity Clinical Pharmacist

Empower underserved communities through pharmacy-led public health.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide culturally sensitive medication counseling and education.
Coordinate mobile clinics, health fairs, and immunization drives.
Collaborate with community health workers to address social determinants of health.

Qualifications:

PharmD and experience in community health preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual pharmacists encouraged to apply.
Passion for outreach and patient advocacy.
