A CDL Driver at White Cap * Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites. * May use a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments at customer jobsites. * Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong sense of safety. * Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate. * May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment. * Has a minimum of one year of CDL Driving experience and required state license. * Performs other duties as needed. When running loads for other dedicated customers, enjoy a $2,000 per week minimum guarantee. There is also a quarterly loyalty bonus of $0.01 per mile driven during the quarter and paid holidays! Schedule Drivers will be out for weeks at a time (minimum of 3 weeks), with potential to be out up to four weeks at a time, and will occasionally be assigned special projects for other customers. A hotel stay will be provided for each driver for a 34-hour reset during the weeks out. Trucks are moving 24/7, so drivers must be flexible in scheduling.
