Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

State Farm Agency is looking for an experienced Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our successful team in Carlisle, PA.

Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

Projected Total Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000+ per year (base salary plus generous commissions and performance bonuses based on performance)

Location

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Carlisle, PA.

Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance and be able to commute to the office each workday.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business through referrals, networking, agency leads, and proactive outreach.
  
• Build long-term customer relationships by identifying insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage.
  
• Conduct insurance reviews and present customized insurance solutions.
  
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and other State Farm insurance products.
  
• Follow up with prospects and customers to build lasting relationships and generate additional business.
  
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews.
  
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
  
• Life & Health License required or ability to obtain shortly after hire
  
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
  
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Professional, positive, customer-focused attitude

Preferred

• Previous insurance sales experience
  
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals
  
• Experience with inside sales, outside sales, or consultative sales
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
