Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start) School-based experience with K-12th grade populations preferred Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services across diverse grade levels Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Accurately assess, document, and report student progress and ongoing needs Adapt therapy approaches to engage bilingual and multicultural learners Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to district-wide initiatives as needed Compensation for this position ranges from $37.13 to $67.13.
