Our team is relationship-driven, entrepreneurial, and focused on delivering a high level of service to both clients and candidates.We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting and business development team while helping keep our day-to-day operations organized and running efficiently.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients and internal team membersEnter new job openings and maintain accurate information within our recruiting systemProvide calendar and email support related to interviews, candidate communication, client meetings, and follow-upsAssist recruiters with candidate tracking and maintaining recruiting pipelinesSupport job postings and other recruiting-related administrative tasksAssist with various business development projects, including prospect research, CRM updates, market research, and outreach preparationHelp research companies, hiring managers, candidates, and potential new clientsSupport recruiting projects including candidate sourcing, outreach, and market mappingSupport special recruiting, marketing, and operational projects as neededWork closely with the Managing Partners and recruiting team to help improve processes and keep searches moving forwardRequirementsBachelor's degree requiredTech-savvy with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and technologyAmbitious, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting for directionStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailProfessional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentIdeally has prior exposure to a corporate environment through internships, co-ops, or full-time professional experienceComfortable working with email, calendars, Microsoft Office, CRM/ATS systems, and other online toolsInterest in recruiting, sales, business development, or professional servicesEntrepreneurial mindset with an interest in taking on additional responsibility as the role growsCompensation & Earning PotentialIn addition to base compensation, this role will include performance-based bonuses tied to recruiting and business development activity and results.As the individual becomes more involved in candidate recruiting, placements, and new business development, there will be opportunities to earn additional compensation through an uncapped incentive structure.
