Human Resources Generalist
Atlantic Group
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Support benefits enrollment and employee information updates.
- Assist with processing employment-related documentation, including new hire paperwork and status changes.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Track and maintain HR databases, reports, and compliance records.
- Assist with employee engagement programs and company events.
- Support payroll and timekeeping processes by providing accurate employee information.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and sensitive records.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the HR department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of administrative, HR, recruiting, or office support experience preferred.
