Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Assembler to join their award-winning team. This is a full-time, first-shift position with steady hours, a collaborative environment, and optional overtime when available. Key Responsibilities
- Connect cables, tubes, and wiring according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- File, lap, and buff parts to fit using hand and power tools.
- Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure they meet all specifications and customer requirements.
- Measure parts to determine tolerances using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, verniers).
- Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 4-5 years of assembly or other mechanical experience.
- Proficient with hand, air, and power tools.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and high energy level.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- Overtime: Typically not required but available when needed.
- Pay: $17-$20 per hour, based on experience.
