• Full-Time: Monday Friday, 7:30a 4:00p (DAY) | Rotating On-Call

• Part-Time: 24hours/ week, 3 days / M-F (DAY), Rotating On-Call wknd

Pay: $38.47 - $64.06 / Hour

MLR is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cardiac Sonographer to join our client's Cardio-vascular team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic tests, collaborating with medical specialists to provide essential data for patient care. This position includes rotating call responsibilities to support our cardiovascular services after hours.

In addition to performing non-invasive diagnostic tests, you will accurately recognize and document abnormalities or life-threatening findings, notifying physicians or nursing staff as needed. You will prepare preliminary reports for physician review, ensuring high-quality standards for diagnostic accuracy, and participate in Quality Improvement activities to maintain compliance with department protocols.

Sonographer Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Allied Health Program; registry eligible in Cardiac Sonography.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required.
• ARDMS certification in RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) required.
• Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
