About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will be a key player in leading the financial strategy, oversight, and sustainability of the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, including GAAP, HRSA, and nonprofit standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and compliance, and will oversee a wide range of financial operations, from accounting to revenue cycle management. The CFO will also be tasked with fostering a healthy workplace setting that is in line with the company's mission and values, and will be expected to lead a high-performing finance and accounting team. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and CPA or CMA designation preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in healthcare, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grant management, nonprofit financial oversight, and experience with Clinically Integrated Networks and revenue cycle billing. The role demands a strategic leader with the ability to align financial goals with organizational priorities, drive financial performance improvement, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources. The CFO must be adept at managing high-pressure situations, be open-minded, and forward-thinking, and possess the technical skills necessary for the role, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software.
