Kids Ministry Director

Camarillo Christian Church is seeking a full-time Kids Ministry team director to help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children during services and events. This on-site position involves supervising and leading activities for children of various ages and working collaboratively with and developing other team members to ensure a positive experience for all children and families. Application Requirements A growing relationship with Jesus Team building, recruiting, equipping, empowering, and encouraging your team. Experience working with children in a ministry, childcare, or educational setting. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and volunteers. Knowledge of child development and best practices for working with young children Demonstrated commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children and families. Ability to pass a background check and adhere to all child safety policies and procedures. Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the needs of children and families. Available to work on Sundays and willingness to occasionally work on holidays and evenings for special events. Willingness to work and collaborate with team (staff) in different departments to accomplish overall goals of CCC.
