By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Health Care Data & Intelligence Practice Lead to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Responsibilities Leads the identification, development and creation of revenue generation and new projects with existing clients and may identify and drive new sales with new NTT DATA clientsBuilds external alliances with clients and industry experts to gain and share information and industry trends Provides thought leadership and shapes long-term strategic direction Identifies, develops and creates revenue generation and new projects with existing clients and may identify and drive new sales with new NTT DATA clients Acts as a business leader in the development, sales, and delivery of new solutions with new clients for NTT DATA, particularly in the area of Data & Intelligence Viewed internally and externally as an expert in addressing organizational business or technology issues Responsible for the management and P&L of a particular practice area Monitors backlog of business to ensure available billable hours to maintain existing staff Advises Leadership Team on changing business conditions and corresponding appropriate internal changes Oversees the global business of the groupLeads all new business development, analysis, and consulting delivery for NTT DATA in partnership with other Solution LeadersRequirements: An “intrapreneurial” spirit, with a passion for building a business and making a difference to customer organizations and the individuals they serve—and the ability to do so in a constructive manner Experience creating and delivering automation consulting solutions, including understanding the operational, financial, and technical aspectsAn ability to work across the organization to engage solution leads as well as marketing, sales, finance, operations, and legal Excellent presentation, communication skills and customer engagement experience, including the ability to present at industry conferences and a social media presence In-depth understanding of NTT Data Services goals, customer requirements and knowledge of competitor practicesThorough understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations; An eagerness to learn new thingsBasic Qualifications:Undergraduate degree ;MBA / MS strongly preferred10+ years relevant experience with Data & Intelligence and innovation8+ years relevant experience working with health plans, health systems, or other relevant companies#LI-NAMINDSALESThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
