Patient Service Representative
The Patient Service Representative will play a crucial role in supporting the cancer care team. This position involves providing outstanding customer service and facilitating patient interactions. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries. Candidates should have experience with electronic health record systems, preferably with EPIC. This role requires a commitment to converting to a full-time staff position upon completion of the temporary contract. Successful candidates will undergo training to ensure proficiency in the scheduling system. A test will be administered at the end of the training, with retakes available if needed. Candidates must be prepared to initiate compliance requirements immediately upon acceptance of the position.
