Engineering Project Manager

Position OverviewJoin Ovivo's Silicon Carbide (SiC) Membrane Solutions team and play a key role in delivering advanced water treatment systems to municipal and industrial customers. Our SiCBLOX technology is designed to solve some of the most challenging filtration problems in the market-enabling reliable operation in harsh conditions, improving water reuse outcomes, and helping customers meet increasingly stringent environmental regulations. As a Project Manager, you will lead the execution of water and wastewater treatment projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality from project kickoff through commissioningMaintain project schedules covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, and startup activitiesCoordinate with internal departments and external partners to meet project milestonesTrack financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-completeCommunicate regularly with customers regarding project progress, risks, and changesLead project meetings and maintain project documentation including action logs and status reportsReview project documentation including contracts, specifications, and purchase ordersIdentify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomesSupport a strong customer experience throughout the project lifecycleEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and company standardsQualifications & ExperienceRequired Experience4+ years of relevant project management experience in industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure settingsExperience managing schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teamsExposure to water/wastewater systems, engineered equipment, or construction projects preferredEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferredRelevant certifications (PMP, EIT, PE) are a plusEquivalent experience will be consideredTechnical SkillsKnowledge of project management principles and methodologiesProficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)Ability to read and interpret technical documents and contractsSoft Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsLeadership and team coordination abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentDon't meet every single requirement?
