We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units within a large, complex organization. This role offers the opportunity to influence leaders, drive organizational effectiveness, and make a meaningful impact on culture, engagement, and workforce performance.

What You'll Do

As a trusted advisor to operational leaders, you will:

• Build strong partnerships with managers and employees across assigned departments
• Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
• Lead and support workplace investigations and complex employee matters
• Partner with leadership on retention, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
• Drive employee engagement and culture improvement efforts
• Support change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Analyze workforce trends and recommend proactive solutions
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employee Relations, and other HR Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless HR support

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Experience coaching leaders and influencing decisions in a business-partner capacity
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
• Experience supporting multi-site operations
• Background in healthcare or another complex, fast-paced environment
• Experience with workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, and change management initiatives
