We innovate to create new beverages, like our Nature’s Twist refreshing lemonade line, and we continuously expand our beverage portfolio to bring you and our customers joy.**What We Look for in Team Members**We integrity, teamwork, accountability, adaptability, and communication in all we do and expect from all team members.We’d love to receive your application and talk with you about your interest in the position if the overview below describes you.**Customer Center Sales Associate A** **Role Overview**The purpose of the Customer Center Associate A is to answer inbound call volume from customers calling to discuss general account service issues, equipment repair needs, using suggestive sales skills while placing orders for Food Service Customers.**Day-to-Day Responsibilities*** Records customer product orders accurately.* Educates customers on new products offered.* Matches product benefits with customer needs.* Identifies and handles customer inquiries.* Applies customer service best practices to resolve customer issues regarding order execution, delivery execution, requests for new equipment placements through the entry of service requests.* Dispatches equipment repair requests to the proper PBV channel.* Logs repair calls in SAP.* Applies customer service best practices to resolve customer issues regarding equipment repair requests, scheduling issues, and repeat problems with equipment.* Performs other duties as assigned.**Required Qualifications*** High school diploma required. Associate’s Degree preferred.* Five (5) years of experience in customer service or sales required.
