Description We are looking for Care Partners for AM and PM shifts. Positions available: Part Time AM Shift , Part Time PM Shift , Full Time PM Shift . Must be able to work at least a partial weekend. You must be 18 years or older to apply. A $3 weekend shift differential applies when working weekends. Pay increases depending on experience. CNAs receive $1 more than the listed amount. Starting Wages: Day Shift (6am-2pm): $17.00 Evening Shift (2-10pm): $17.50 Night Shift (10pm-6am): $17.25 What You’ll Do You will provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, possibly with walkers and wheelchairs. You will provide health monitoring and documentation: observe, document, and report changes in the elder’s health or behavior to the Wellness Team. You will give emotional support: support elders dealing with loneliness, anxiety, or other emotional challenges. Engaging in conversation, active listening, and offering companionship is part of your role. You will assist with meals: help elders with meals and possibly feed those who require additional support. You will engage in social and recreational activities: support elders in life‑enriching activities for their well‑being. You will connect: communicate with elders, their families, other team members, and guests. You will keep things clean: may involve light housekeeping, such as tidying up and ensuring general cleanliness. What You’ll Bring Willingness to learn and work within a team environment. Good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English. Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and ability to pass a criminal background check. Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
