Data Manager/Analyst, US State Dept., Washington, District of Columbia, United States (Proposal Position) Tetra Tech is seeking aData Manager/Analystto support an upcoming program with the Department of State in the Bureau of European, Eurasia and Central Asia. Proposal Summary This upcoming project will strengthen oversight and enable evidence‑based decision‑making for foreign assistance programs primarily by supporting project designs, developing and supporting outcome indicators, establishing performance monitoring systems, including robust Third‑Party Monitoring (TPM) for assistance projects, planning and implementing independent external evaluations, and reporting on the use of evaluation findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Position Summary Tetra Tech seeks aData Manager/Analystto support an upcoming program with the Department of State in the Bureau of European, Eurasia and Central Asia. The Senior Data Manager will lead quantitative and qualitative data analysis, data quality assurance, and the development of dashboards and visual reporting tools to strengthen evidence-based decision‑making. This proposal position will be based in Washington, D.C. and is contingent upon award. Only U.S. citizens are eligible to apply for this position Responsibilities Conduct data analysis across quantitative and qualitative datasets. Develop data visualizations and reporting products (e.g., dashboards, infographics, briefs). Manage and maintain the SPARK database, including data entry, validation, and updates. Design and produce visual reporting outputs to support decision‑making and sense‑making. Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across MEL activities. Support integration of data into reports, presentations, and learning products. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in data science/analytics. Masters degree in relevant field required.
