Registered Nurse - Acute Care Job Description This is a 13-week contract position for a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a variety of patients, including those with diagnoses such as CHF, COPD, cellulitis, and pneumonia. The RN will work in a supportive environment with a nursing team, including PCTs, to provide high-quality care to patients. Schedule The schedule consists of rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. The RN may be required to float to other units based on census needs. Responsibilities Manage patient care and administer medications per physician orders. Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions. Assist with nursing procedures and patient assessments. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure BLS (AHA) certification NIHSS certification Experience in an acute care setting with managing relevant patient diagnoses Why ARMStaffing?
